Our spacious villa has two living rooms, three bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a screened heated pool.
A large dining/ sitting room greets you as you enter the home with comfortable seating and Rattan furniture.
The room contains a stereo system.
The `eat in` kitchen has an open aspect on to the living room. It is fully equipped with a large stove and hob, side by side fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal. A separate room off the hallway houses a washer and dryer. New Corian countertops have been recently installed.
The living room overlooks the pool and lake and has two large sofas, digital H.D. cable TV with video and DVD and is also tastefully furnished in a Caribbean-style with rattan tables, TV armoire and buffet {sideboard}. Free High Speed Internet connection is provided for guests along with Digital Phone allowing free calls to the US and Canada.
The home has a widescreen LCD television in the lounge fitted with the latest HD system for the ultimate picture quality allied to a play,tape, pause or rewind capability for live programmes.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with side cabinets and TV on dresser. An en-suite shower room with double sinks and a W.C. leads off this room along with a long walk-in dressing room. The second bedroom also has a television and the twin room a tv with dvd and video system.
The pool- side deck has sitting, lounging and dining areas and a gas BBQ for alfresco dining.
The south facing pool is bathed in sun for most of the day and overlooks a pleasant lake and palm trees. A removable child safety net surrounds the pool.
