Our executive villa is situated on Sunset Lakes, Florida, a secure gated community, located in the Kissimmee area of the sunshine state. It is a quiet, friendly community, ideal for family holidays, having a children's play area and communal swimming pool. The villa itself having many features which make it a desirable holiday home location for your family.
There are three spacious bedrooms, the master bedroom having en-suite facilities. The second and third
bedrooms both have luxurious shared bathroom facilities.
The screened pool area is fully extended to make good use of the sun throughout the day
The pool has electric heating (optional between October and May).
There is a large lanai area which has plenty of loungers and chairs for you to relax on.
The whole villa is fitted with air conditioning and heating to make you comfortable in any weather.
The villa has many upgrades including cable TV with Disney channel, stereo CD/ tape/ radio.
The fully fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge - freezer with automatic ice maker and a microwave. There are plenty of pots, pans and crockery.
