We own two homes on Terrace Ridge and this one is our 2 bed, 2 bath home which is located right next door to our 3 bed home. This gives you the flexibility of renting the two properties together at a reduced rate for the larger families or parties travelling together.

Our immaculate family owned luxury condo offers 2 bedrooms - 1 king with en-suite bathroom with shower, bath tub and twin vanity unit and 1 twin bedded room. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the lounge. Both bedrooms have TV's; alarm clock/radios; ceiling fans and ample closet space. The large family bathroom comes with bath tub with shower over and twin vanity unit.

The living and dining areas come complete with all the necessary items to keep everyone happy and relaxed after a hectic day, especially the kids with a 32" cable TV, DVD/VCR with films; mini stereo and a collection of paperback books and a playstation 2 with games.

The balcony of this tropically decorated condo is perfect for sipping cocktails whilst watching another magnificent Florida sunset.

There is a fully equipped kitchen for preparing that gourmet meal or just a light snack.

All Egyptian cotton linens and towels are provided including extra pillows for the bedrooms and separate towels for use at the pool at Terrace Ridge. All beds have memory foam toppers for your added comfort.

The Terrace Ridge Community facilities include luxury Clubhouse with a comfortable lounge area to sit and relax or watch the 42" plasma TV; gym and fitness room; games room; kitchen area; heated spa/jacuzzi and sand volleyball court.

The large heated communal pool is ideally suitable to families who prefer to interact with other guests. Spacious decking and ample sun beds to just lounge about in the beautiful Florida sunshine!

All these facilities are free to all our guests.

We have a very professional management company who keep our home in excellent condition at all times and are always on call 24/7 if required in an emergency.
