This luxurious second floor condominium offers exceptional vacation accommodation for couples or families. It is located in the tranquil gated community of Terrace Ridge and set amidst the beautiful Florida countryside.

Our 3 bed, 2 bath home is located right next door to our other property - " Home Terrace 2 ", which is a 2 bed, 2 bath home, giving the flexibility of renting the two properties together at a reduced rate for the larger families or parties travelling together. Also, our rates are all inclusive of all taxes, utilities, local phone calls, pool and spa heat, and use of all the community amenities. Please note that our condo has a strict No Smoking and No Pets' policy.

We employ a very professional management company who keep our home in excellent condition at all times and are always on call 24/7 if required in an emergency.

Our second floor family owned luxury condo offers 3 bedrooms - 1 king, 1 queen and 1 twin bedded room. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the lounge. The master suite has a walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with large screened shower cubicle and vanity unit with his and hers sinks. All bedrooms have TV's, alarm/clock radios, ceiling fans and ample closet space. The large family bathroom comes with bath tub with overhead shower and a double vanity unit.

All Egyptian cotton linens and towels are provided including extra pillows for the bedrooms and separate towels for use at the pool at Terrace Ridge. All the beds have memory foam toppers for your added comfort.

The living and dining areas come complete with all the necessary items to keep everyone happy and relaxed after a hectic day, especially the kids with a 32" cable TV, DVD/VCR with films, mini stereo and a PS2 with games and a selection of books.

There is a fully equipped kitchen for preparing that gourmet meal or just a light snack.

The balcony of this tropically decorated condo is perfect for sipping cocktails whilst watching another magnificient Florida sunset or just relaxing and watching the world go by .... Absolute bliss!!

Terrace Ridge Community facilities include luxury Clubhouse with 42" plasma TV; kitchen/bar area; Fitness Room / Gym; games room and sand volley ball.

The large heated communal swimming pool and spa is ideally suitable for families who prefer to interact with other guests. Great for the children to make friends and have some fun whilst the adults sit back and relax. It is completed fenced in and access is gained via a swipe card that we provide for our guests use. All these facilities are Free to all our guests.
