To complete our offering it became clear that what our customers wanted was not just free and independant choice in their property purchases but also for a good many the additional facilities of a full online rental and sales package to help them promote their properties and to help produce an ongoing income stream.

Out of this was born My Choice Villas which concentrates on the property investment market to bring you access to developments previously only normally available to serial investors. We don’t follow the crowd into saturated markets, instead we like to lead and bring you innovative and exciting opportunities that are, by tradition, normally only available to those "in the know".

These developments include the Traditonal holiday and rental properties, Luxury Apart-Hotels and Spa Resorts, Regulated Syndicated Land Projects and Fractional Ownership Schemes some which can be included within a new SIPP, (Self Invested Pension Plan), structure and the new SARP's, (Sale and Re-Purchase Contracts).
